FRIDAY, JANUARY 22, 2010:
• Meet at the Red Lion Hotel, Pasco, WA to begin tour.
• Divide into three groups:
o UNIVERSITY VANS
o TOUR BUS #1
o TOUR BUS #2

• UNIVERSITY VANS:
o Depart from Red Lion Hotel at 6:30 a.m.
o  Arrive at Tyson Fresh Meats & tour the plant
o  Move to Simplot Feeders Limited & tour the feedlot
o  Presentations at Simplot

o  Depart from Red Lion Hotel at 8:30 a.m.
 Arrive at the DeRuyter Brothers Dairy & tour the facility

o (10:30 – 11:30) Depart DeRuyter’s
oLunch at Simplot Feeders
o  Tour of Tyson Fresh Meats/Simplot Feeders Limited
 Half of the group will begin at Tyson, the other half at Simplot. Midway through the allotted time period, the two groups will switch locations and tour the other facility.
o Travel to Baker City, OR
 Presentations by Jim Welsh, Jenna Feusner
 DVDs by OCA, WCA, Washington Beef Commission.
o Arrive Baker City
o Dinner & evening program
